FAMILY MEDICINE WITH OBSTETRICS

Dr. Gina Cox is a Salt Lake City native.  She received her undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Utah and completed her family practice residency at Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland.  She then returned home and joined Foothill Family Clinic in 2001.

She cares for patients of all ages, male and female.  In addition to providing care for acute and chronic illnesses and performing minor office procedures, she thinks that health maintenance care, including well child checks, physicals and pap smears, is of particular importance.  She especially enjoys providing maternity care and delivering babies. 

Getting to know the families in her practice, she feels, is one of the greatest privileges of being a family doctor.
