JACK TAYLOR, M.D.

FAMILY MEDICINE  

Jack Taylor was born in Santa Ana, California.  He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.  In 1973, he graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and then completed his residency in Family and Community Medicine from the University of Utah.

He is Board Certified and the Founding Partner at Foothill Family Clinic since 1976.

He has been married to his wife since 1974 and they have two children born in 1978 and 1980.

He has a special interest in Family Medicine and its many facets.
