After the clinic is closed, please dial 801-486-3021 or 801-365-1032. You will be directed to the answering service. The answering service will take a message and notify our on-call physician.
Emergency Service
If you have an emergency or life-threatening condition after the clinic is closed, it is recommended you either call 911 for an ambulance or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
