Dan Henry, M.D.Dan Henry grew up in Aberdeen, Washington. He received his Bachelor's Degree at the University of Washington and graduated from the University Of Washington School of Medicine in 1975. He completed the University of Utah Family Practice Residency Program and served as Chief Resident 1977-1978. He has been Board Certified in Family Practice and a founding partner at Foothill Family Clinic since 1978. Dr. Henry is a Certified Clinical Research Professional and has done extensive clinical research for 21 years. He has published over 25 research articles. Dr. Henry’s practice includes all aspects of Family Medicine with a particular interest in child, adolescent and young adult headache disease. Office Location:
