History
Foothill Family Clinic has been a part of the Salt Lake Medical Community since 1976. We moved to our North location in 1984 and opened our South location in 1997. From two primary care providers we have expanded to our current staff of 19 primary care physicians, 6 physician assistants, 1 neurologist, and 1 allergist.
Through our growth, our core values and commitments have not changed. We are still available 24 hours a day, with office hours from 8:00 AM until 9:00 PM and on-call physicians available after operating hours. We are independently owned and operated, in tune with the needs of the community, and we still embrace the quality care that evolves from a positive patient-physician relationship.
Today we have two well-equipped facilities. From the simple common cold to fracture care and from the pregnancy and birth to the senior citizen, we cover nearly every medical need for you and your family.
